La Bergerie (4 à 5 persons)

Description
Our brand new holiday cottage "la Bergerie" has a spacious and light L-shaped living room with a white open kitchen. The character of the house is enhanced by original beamed ceilings. The roof has been covered with rustic wooden panels. There is a separate toilet and a spacious bathroom with a blue mosaic floor, which really sparkles. The are two double bedrooms, one containing a double box spring bed, and one containing two single box spring beds. On request a cot or an extra bed is available. There is a TV and CD/dvd-player. For a small amount per person extra you can have your beds made ready for your arrival, and towels at your disposal. However, if you prefer to bring your own bed linen and towels, then this is also possible of course.

Beach house "la Plage" (6 à 8 persons)

Description
Our holidayhouse la Plage, decorated as a beachhouse, has a separate living room with doors opening into the kitchen. Behind the kitchen is a laundry room. On one side of the house is the master bedroom with a double bed and on the other side of the house there are three further bedrooms (one large with a double box spring bed and two singles). There is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower and a wash-hand basin. On request a cot or an extra bed is available. There is a TV and CD/dvd-player. For a small amount per person extra you can have your bed made ready for your arrival, and towels at your disposal. However, if you prefer to bring your own bed linen and towels, then this is also possible of course. Please also look at practical, leisure and prices and the bottom of this page.

Practical
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and we have provided cookery books and magazines in several languages. There is of course a dishwasher, a washing machine and a fridge with a freezing compartment. For your convenience, cloths, tea-towels and towels are provided, as well as a basic stock of coffee, tea, sugar, condiments and herbs. All we ask in that you kindly replace what you have used before you go home. There are several hypermarkets and bakeries in Beauvoir-sur-Mer.

Leisure
For both houses there is enough space to park two cars. In the garden of the cottages there are chairs and a table so you can have your breakfast “al fresco”. A number of sun loungers, a parasol and BBQ are also at your disposal. You can quietly read the information which we have put together for you, about the curiosities of the Vendée, as well as the walking routes which we recommend from our own experience. When you want to eat out at night, there are 3 restaurants within walking distance (700m/ ½ a mile) at the entrance of the Passage the Gois or several more in Beauvoir-sur-Mer only 4 km (2 ½ miles) away. You are welcome to join us at one of our own special table d'hôte dinners. We gladly tell you more about it, as well as the possibility for your croissants and baguettes to be brought to you in the morning or even a complete breakfast.

Prices
There are different prices during the year, depending on the season. We have special prices for those who wish to stay longer than a week.
